The ten questions SME directors ask me before getting started. Direct answers, indicative figures excluding VAT, and no promise I cannot keep. If yours is missing, ask it and it will join this page.
Automation and AI packages with Claude start at 490 € per employee, from three employees up. Marketing subscriptions start at 490 € per month, with a three-month minimum. One-off consulting or training is 115 € per hour. These figures are indicative and exclude VAT. The number that commits you is the one on the quote, issued after the free audit, once we know what actually needs doing.
There isn't one. The audit takes around three hours with your team, free and with no commitment. The reason is simple: I cannot quote you anything without seeing how you work, and you cannot trust me without seeing me work. Those three hours solve both problems. You leave with your list of quick wins, whether or not you hand me the rest.
No, and that is exactly why Aide Digital exists. My typical clients have three to fifty people and nobody in-house whose job this is. The tools run in a browser, with no server to install and no software to roll out. What I leave behind is usable by the person already doing the work, not by someone you would have to hire.
It is the most legitimate question there is, and it comes down to three decisions taken during the audit: which tools, with which retention and training settings, and above all what never goes into the AI at all. Medical records, banking data, litigation documents: some things stay outside the system, and that is written down. Settings vary by tool and by plan, so we check them against your case rather than against a general promise.
That is not what I am selling, and it would be poor arithmetic in a company of three to fifty people where everyone wears several hats. What disappears are the tasks nobody claims: retyping, filing, chasing, reformatting. What remains is the work you hired these people for. A team that sees AI as a threat will not use it, and the project will fail for that reason before any other.
The first time savings usually appear within the first few weeks, because I deploy in small steps validated with you rather than as one big project delivered at the end. Each step has to stand on its own. If one produces nothing, we drop it instead of dragging it to the finish line.
Mainly Claude (Anthropic), Make, Zapier and OpenAI, chosen according to your needs and above all to what you already use. None of these tools matters in itself. The test is always the same: will the person doing the work tomorrow be able to use it without me?
That is true of almost every director I meet, and it is not a problem. You have nothing to prepare before the audit. The right question is not “what can be automated”, it is “what irritates you most on a Monday morning”. The answer is nearly always a repetitive task, and that is where we start.
Automate a process nobody understands, replace a human decision that carries the company's liability, and build a system you could not maintain without me. If the real problem is organisational, automating it simply speeds up the mess. I say so before we start, not after the invoice.
Luxembourg and Belgium, in French and English. The audit always takes place at your premises, never remotely. You cannot understand a process without seeing the workstations, the boards on the wall and the back-and-forth between two offices. Remotely you think you have understood, and you end up automating the story people tell about the work rather than the work itself. Three hours on site beat ten calls. What follows is then arranged to suit you.
The starter audit takes around three hours, free and with no commitment. It is the fastest way to get an answer about your company rather than about SMEs in general.
